Is Evri reliable?
Evri handles hundreds of millions of parcels a year and the vast majority arrive without a hitch. Like any high-volume network it has busier periods — if a parcel matters, pick a tracked service, and for valuable contents check the courier's own published compensation terms before sending: the figure shown on a quote is a guide, and the courier's terms decide what's actually covered.
Do Evri parcels need a printer?
Usually not — most ParcelShop services offer a QR code and the shop prints the label. Every quote card says whether a printer is needed, so check for "No printer needed" before you book.
How big can an Evri parcel be?
Evri is built for small and medium parcels; larger or heavier items are often better value with another courier. Quote with your parcel's true weight and the size option closest to it — a parcel much bigger than what was quoted can be surcharged or refused by the courier.
